Pricing and Conditions
Prices and conditions are current at the time of posting but are subject to change without notice. Some operators may impose conditions that vary from those stated. Prices listed are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Hotel descriptions and features are based on current hotel guidelines and facilities shown as included are subject to change at any time. Hotel room photographs may not be specific to actual room occupied. Services stated in the packages cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Responsibility
Escaping Together has used information supplied by the people and organizations providing the various goods and/or services. In supplying this information to you Escaping Together is acting as an agent. Irrespective of any measures taken by Escaping Together to ensure the information contained in this brochure is accurate at the time of printing. Escaping Together disclaims and will be exempt from liability in respect of anything misleading false, incomplete or inaccurate and any errors, misconceptions and all associated disappointment, loss, expense, damage, inconvenience, delay, death, shock, illness or injury, however caused.
Security Deposits and Final Payments on Destination Weddings
A security deposit of $500 is required within 7 days of confirmation of your booking. Full payment of your wedding package cost must be made no later than 45 days prior to travel for all products. Bookings made less than 45 days prior to departure must be made in full on confirmation of your booking. Please ensure payment of the full cost of your package is made within the specified time limits. If this does not happen our computer system automatically cancels the booking without notice or liability to you. Only upon full payment of your package do you have the final booking with the operator.
Amendment Fees
Any amendment to your booking is subject to the approval of the relevant operator/s. Any approved change to your booking prior to or after making final payment will incur an amendment fee in addition to any fees imposed by the operator/s.
Late Bookings
A fee of $140 will be charged for any late bookings, which necessitate documents being forwarded by courier within Australia.
Cancellations and Refunds
A cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel or terminate your package, for whatever reason.
Prior to final payment, there will be no refund of your security deposit. After final payment, there will be no refund of your security deposit, in addition to any fees imposed by the operator/s, which may be up to 100% of monies paid.
Travel Insurance
Escaping Together strongly recommends travel insurance as it may protect you if you cancel your package due to unforeseen circumstances. Ask us for details.
Standard of Service
The standard of service in your package is based on various factors and neither Escaping Together nor its servants or agents represent or guarantee the standard fitness for the purpose of the accommodation or services provided.
Other conditions
It is your responsibility to comply with the terms, conditions and requirements of any service provider or any country or government authority, or to bear any costs or losses incurred as a consequence of you not complying with them. All bookings made with any provider of any transport, facility, meals other goods or of any services are subject to terms and conditions imposed by them in relation to matters not covered particularly and expressly by our agreement with them and the applicable laws and to conditions, requirements and policies of any government or any governmental authorities, officials, servants or agents, including visa entry, exit, transit or other requirements whatsoever.
